The FreeNestTools Keyword Research Tool is a free, browser-based SEO tool that leverages Google Suggest (Google's autocomplete service) and Google Trends to help you discover and analyze high-value keywords for your content strategy, PPC campaigns, and search engine optimization.
Unlike traditional keyword research tools that require expensive subscriptions or API keys, this tool runs entirely in your browser. It queries Google Suggest using the same public JSONP endpoint that powers Google's own search-as-you-type feature, sending 40+ modifier-based queries per seed keyword to uncover hundreds of unique keyword suggestions from real user search behavior.
For each keyword discovered, the tool calculates estimated keyword difficulty (based on word count, type, and intent), estimated cost-per-click (CPC), keyword density recommendations, search intent classification (informational, commercial, transactional, navigational), and a relative trend score. An estimated monthly search volume is derived from Google Suggest's own relevance scores, scaled to realistic volume ranges using a power-law distribution.
The tool also supports country-specific research across 40+ countries — simply select a country from the dropdown before searching to get localized suggestions and trend data. You can also paste your own keyword list for bulk analysis of difficulty, CPC, density, and intent metrics.
All data processing happens entirely client-side — no data is sent to or stored on any server. Google Suggest data is fetched via JSONP directly from Google.com, and trend data links open directly on Google Trends. No API keys, no subscriptions, no usage limits.
